My father's side of the family loved outdoor adventuring. From dozens of photographs of his mother (who sadly died when he was 9), and two aunts on various outdoor adventures, I selected three. I paired the photographs with a specimen of a sparrow that seemed to embody some of the qualities I either remember or have heard stories of. Most of the materials are from my great-aunt's archive that I inherited.
