About this piece:

Let’s Go Outside! includes digital reproductions of images from my family’s archive, an archive that includes hundreds of images of my father’s side of the family in the middle of various outdoor adventures dating back to 1901.

Attached to the box base is one of my favorite images of my father and I perched atop a rocky outcropping, so high we appear to be in a cloud bank.

The base tray also includes a polished crystal I remember him buying for me in a small mountain town mineral shop on one of our many outings.
