Great satisfaction and joy can be found by working collaboratively with othes. I've been fortunate to have experiences working with others that have broadened my world view considerably. What seems to work best is when the notion of another identity is given credence - an identity that while it is distinct from the individuals involved in a project, it would not exist on its own.
